Report the issue

Email contact.raidermodz11@gmail.com or call +91 9035382848, ideally within 24 hours after delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. If you recorded an unboxing video, please include it; it helps us with courier claims but is not mandatory to report a problem.

Resolution

We will review the claim and may ask for more details or the item to be returned. For a verified error or damage, we will offer an available replacement, exchange or refund and bear reasonable return shipping costs. Do not discard the item or packaging before we advise you.
