7-day return window

You may request a return within 7 days after delivery. The product should be unused, uninstalled and in its original condition, with packaging, labels and accessories. Include your order confirmation or invoice.

Exceptions

Used or installed parts, opened consumables, custom or special-order items and products clearly marked final sale are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return. These exceptions do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item.

How to request a return

Email contact.raidermodz11@gmail.com or call +91 9035382848 within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the request and provide return instructions or an available pickup option. Please do not send an item before receiving instructions.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery, ideally within 24 hours, with photos. An unboxing video is helpful if available, but is not mandatory to submit a claim. We will review the evidence and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund when the issue is verified.

Return shipping and refund

For a change-of-mind or incorrectly selected part, the customer normally pays return shipping and original shipping fees are not refunded. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, Raider Modz bears the reasonable return shipping cost and refunds any original shipping fee charged for that item.

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we initiate an eligible refund within 3–7 business days. It goes back to the original payment method where possible; for Cash on Delivery, we will arrange bank transfer or another agreed method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect it.

Exchanges and cancellation

Exchanges depend on stock availability. Please contact us immediately to cancel an order; if it has already been dispatched, follow the return process after delivery.
