Updated 27 September 2026. This policy applies to orders placed at www.raidermodz.com.

Delivery coverage

We ship motorcycle parts and accessories to serviceable pin codes in India. Availability for your address and any shipping charge are shown during checkout.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Out-of-stock, special-order or bulky items may take longer; we will contact you if there is a material delay.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, metro deliveries generally take 3–6 business days and other serviceable locations 5–10 business days. These are estimates; courier, weather, remote-area and other disruptions can affect timing.

Shipping charges and payment

The applicable shipping charge and available payment methods, including Cash on Delivery where offered, are displayed at checkout before you place the order. We do not promise a free-shipping threshold unless it is shown at checkout.

Tracking and failed delivery

When a tracking number is available, we share it through the contact details provided with the order. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. Contact us promptly if a delivery fails or the parcel appears lost. Re-shipping due to an incorrect address or refusal may incur a further shipping charge, communicated in advance.

Damage, missing or wrong item

Please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos. An unboxing video, if available, helps us resolve courier claims. See our Damaged or Wrong Product and Return Policy pages for next steps.
