Updated 27 September 2026. See our Return Policy for the 7-day request window, eligibility and how to return an item.
When a refund is issued
Once an approved return arrives and is inspected, we notify you of the outcome. Eligible refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need more time to post the amount.
Refund method and shipping
Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery, we will arrange a bank transfer or another agreed method. Original shipping fees are usually not refunded for a change-of-mind return; for a verified wrong, damaged or defective item, we will refund the shipping charge paid for that item and bear reasonable return shipping.
