Keep the product, original packaging and accessories. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection. For a different product or model, any price difference and customer-selected return shipping will be discussed before proceeding.

Damage or incorrect fulfilment

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, contact us promptly with order number and photos. An unboxing video helps if available but is not mandatory to submit a claim. If verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund and bear reasonable return shipping.
